A practice for every body
Kundalini Yoga is open to all ages and all levels. You don’t need experience, a particular outfit, or even a love of chanting to begin. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find ways to connect with the practice that feel authentic to you.
At its heart, Kundalini Yoga is about cultivating awareness — awareness of the body, the breath, the mind, and the subtle energies that move through all of us. It’s an exploration of presence, connection, and creativity, both on and off the mat.
