Class information
Are classes hot?
Most of our yoga classes are hot yoga, yes! The room is approximately 36ºC. We also offer some warm classes, which are around 26ºC and unheated classes – these are primarily fitness-style offerings or restorative yoga.
What does Girouard, Old Orchard and Monkland mean?
They are the names of our 3 classrooms - all located on the 3rd floor of our studio! Girouard (also known as "Studio A") is our most commonly used, large room on the left as soon as you walk in. Old Orchard (Studio B) is smaller in scale and home to our barre, Pilates, and yoga classes. Lastly, our Monkland room, located at the end of the hall near the change rooms, is where our room temp fitness classes take place, such as bootcamp, trapeze, and TRX!
I am new to yoga - what class should I try first?
Welcome! Not to worry - our schedule is packed with a variety of classes accessible to ALL levels! You go at your own pace and can modify postures at any point! Our amazing teachers are there to guide you in the right direction! For your very first class, we recommend starting with a Hatha class :)

What do I need to bring?
- Water bottle - stay hydrated!
- Towel - for your mat!
- Shower towel - if you're hopping in the shower post sweat!
- Mat (or borrow ours for FREE!)
- Lock - if you wish!
What should I wear?
Clothes you feel comfortable moving around and sweating in - what you'd typically wear to workout, minus the shoes!
How do I watch the online replays?
Log into your account. On the left hand side, you will see a list, scroll to the “Morpho Bleu” tab, click. You will then see a list along the top of your screen... select “Livestream Replays” this is where all of our virtual classes are stored. When you select a class, a LOCK will appear, not to worry! Click on it, then select/purchase your pass, hit play et voila!
Virtual Classes
How do I join a Zoom class?
APP: Select “Schedule” on the bottom left of your screen, choose a class - ex) Morpho Flow-online???????? , click “Next”, select/purchase your pass and “Book”!
WEB: Begin by logging in to your account. Select “My Account” and log in → this will bring you to your dashboard → select “Morpho Bleu” found at the bottom left of your page (above log out)→ you will see the class schedule, scroll to your online class of choice → click “Book” → select your pass type under “My passes” → click “Book (1 booking) et voila!
Once you’ve registered for your virtual class, you will receive a confirmation email. Then 15 MINUTES prior to your scheduled class, you will receive another email with a Zoom link - click on this link and it will direct you to your scheduled class!
Gift Cards
Do you sell Morpho Bleu gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase e-cards in your Bsport account on the gift card page. You can also purchase physical gift cards and e-cards at the front desk!
Booking Class
Is there an App for Morpho Bleu?
YES! Our Morpho Bleu App is now available! FREE to download on the App Store and Google Play Store!
Do I have to sign up online?
Reservations must be made through our Morpho Blue website or app in order to secure your spot. This will ensure accuracy of booking and facilitate safe, easy transactions during this phase of opening.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Our mission is to afford all our yogis equal opportunity to sweat with us! Therefore, we have implemented a 2 hour cancellation policy. The only exception is reformer classes which require a minimum of 24 hours before. You can cancel a regular class, without penalty, right up until 2 hours before your class is scheduled to begin.
Memberships
What's the difference between the three memberships?
Light as Air gives you up to 13 visits per month/ an average of 3 classes per week.
Fast as Flight gives you up to 21 visits per month/ an average of 5 classes per week.
Varied as Nature gives you unlimited access to all of our classes!
What happens if I need to cancel my contract?
Please contact us!
Passes
When is the first day of my limited 10-day pass?
Your limited pass is valid as of your first booking date.
Why can't I book a class before my first booking of my limited pass?
Your limited pass is valid as of your first booking. If you want to attend a class before that date, you may need to cancel your bookings or buy a class pass. Contact us if you have any questions!
