Join our desk team! Are you dynamic and detail-oriented? Friendly and efficient? Compassionate and computer-savvy? Do you love movement, and love our community? Then you might be a perfect match!
At Morpho Bleu, our desk team members orchestrate calm order in our busy studio. They keep the space, ensuring physical organization onsite, and holding emotional space for everyone who walks through the door.
Our desk team members answer questions, sell memberships, support existing members, troubleshoot all manner of issues, and ensure that no detail has gone overlooked. They are never above pitching in to fold laundry or to clean a hot, sweaty practice room, leading by example in all they do. They are excellent communicators, in person and with digital tools. They are at the hub of our sangha of teachers, students, energy exchangers, administrators and collaborators.
We are looking for energetic yet grounded individuals to join our team. Sales experience and Mac environment magic are strong assets. We offer a minimum of 16 hours weekly (potentially more), at minimum starting wage plus an unlimited membership.

Marketing Coordinator
Marketing Coordinator (1 position): approximately 28h per week (4 days). Equal parts strategist and do-er, you take pride in consistently high quality production that hits its mark. You are excited to manage content calendars and workflows in addition to shaping new content within your own marketing specialty (such as graphic designer, copywriter, etc). You are the super-organized keeper of consistency, checking to ensure that all communications are on-brand. Attention to detail and a love of systems — as well as flexibility and a sense of humor — are all welcome qualities. Bilingual communication is essential. $24-28/hr depending on experience and other factors.

Community Engagement Support
Community Engagement Support (1 position): approximately 18h (3 days). You’re up for the challenge of translating our studio experience into value-packed content, and telling the many stories that make up our kaleidoscopic community. You take assignments, direction and feedback with enthusiasm to create and deliver original, bilingual, scroll-stopping creative work that engages and converts. You’re an efficient creator, with a marketing speciality that is your passion (such as copywriting, graphic design, photography/videography, etc). An extroverted side and a love of people — as well as flexibility and a sense of humor — are all welcome qualities. Bilingual communication essential. $21-25/hr depending on experience and other factors.
