Katonah yoga incorporates classical Hatha yoga with Taoist theory, sacred geometry, magic, mythology, metaphor and imagination in a practical framework designed to potentiate personal and communal well-being. Framing the practice with maps of time and personal space, these concepts will be defined and refined.

A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound to nurture your mind and body with therapeutic vibrations and gentle movement. The calming sound waves of instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussions, chimes, and sometimes the human voice will ease you into a meditative state and restore your nervous system.
Prenatal yoga can support you through the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy, by preparing both your body AND mind for birth. In this class, expect gentle movement designed specifically for expecting mothers, and mindful instruction by our experienced teachers.
