


Introduce your children (ages 4 - 10) to the superpower of the breath in these fun 60-minute classes.
Guided by mother + child whisperer, Trinati, participating kids will move their bodies in dance or yoga, and use mudra, sound and song alongside ancient breathwork techniques to learn how to self-soothe and calm the nervous systems at a key early stage. We also use art-making as a tool for expression, communication and integration of their learning. Teach your kids these essential tools now, and they'll have them for life!
Parents are invited to join the final class to see what the kids have learned and practice together. (Note: we also have regular yoga classes that run at the same time, if you'd like to stick around on the other days!)
