Join us for a 4-week immersion in your cycle, stress + energy — a science-backed, embodied education series with Natalie Kakon. Follow the full series, or drop-in to a session of your choice!
Many women move through the month feeling “off” without knowing why — energized one week, foggy the next, tender the week after. Living in Rhythm is a 4-week series designed to change that — blending science and experience to help you support your body through all its phases.
We’ll explore the two biological clocks that shape the female body: the 24-hour circadian rhythm and the ~29-day infradian rhythm. Through accessible education, gentle movement, and embodied reflection, you’ll learn how hormones, the nervous system, and stress responses influence your energy, mood, and resilience across the month.
Week 1, Thursday 5 February: Understanding Your Rhythms
We begin with the foundations: the circadian clock, the infradian rhythm, and the four phases of the menstrual cycle. You’ll learn how each phase affects energy, sleep, digestion, and mood, then explore these rhythms through a simple, seasonal movement practice.
Week 2, Thursday 12 February: Stress, Safety & the Neuroendocrine System
This week focuses on how stress communicates with your hormones. We’ll unpack the brain–ovary–adrenal connection in an accessible way and explore why women are especially sensitive to cortisol. You’ll learn practical nervous system tools and how movement supports regulation.
Week 3, Thursday 19 February: Learning Your Signals
Here, we get personal. We explore gentle forms of body awareness — cervical mucus, basal temperature, appetite, digestion, and emotional cues — not to track or perfect, but to listen. A sensory-based embodiment practice helps you identify the signals most meaningful to you.
Week 4, Thursday 26 February: Gut Health, Movement & Regulation
In our final week, we explore the relationship between gut health, hormones, and the nervous system. You’ll learn how digestion shifts across the cycle, how it influences mood and clarity, and how breath, rhythmic movement, and gentle cardio support steadiness. We close with an integrated practice and practical tools you can use in daily life.
This series is for anyone curious about their cycle, noticing monthly shifts, navigating stress or perimenopause, or wanting to feel more informed, regulated, and connected in their body. No prior knowledge needed — just curiosity and openness.
