Refine your approach to hands-on assisting in this 15-hour intensive with Antoine Pommet.
Mastering the art of assisting and receiving touch takes practice. Through breath mechanics and functional anatomy, you'll explore techniques that enhance your ability to support students with clarity and care. We'll go beyond the physical, diving into the ethics of touch, consent, and the crucial distinction between assisting and adjusting.
With nearly two decades of dedicated yoga study and extensive mentorship experience, Antoine will guide you in honing your verbal cues (in both French and English), expanding your hands-on assisting toolkit, and deepening your understanding of asana as a somatic practice. Wherever you are in your teaching journey, this weekend will leave you feeling more confident, intentional, and attuned to the power of touch in yoga.
This training counts 15 hours towards a certification from The Course by Morpho Bleu.
